Information
What about the interior of your vehicle?
Accidents happen, and sometimes it is necessary to repair or replace the vinyl, leather, or repair scratches or damage to the dashboard on the interior of a vehicle.
What type of repairs are needed to a vehicle?s interior?
Holes or cracks may have occurred in vinyl or leather seats by wear and tear or damage may have occurred to an interior component by accident. Dashboards may have been scratched and need to be repaired or replaced, and an older vehicle might even need to be painted on the interior.
What are my options?
The vehicle can either be taken to an auto upholstery repair shop that specializes in interior repair and restoration, or the owner can repair or restore some of the interior vehicle materials. There are numerous automotive websites that explain how to repair interior components, where to obtain repair and reconditioning services, and some sites offer repair kits for sale.
