take off tires and remove the

take off tires and remove the star washers on the lug bolts, if they have them. drum should pull off unless brkes are restricting it. if it won't pull off turn the adjusting wheel on the back side if the brake plate until loose enough to remove. if its held on by axle nut that has to be removed.
