your owners manual is
your owners manual is specific - i would check that but bet its time for plug change.
If you don't have a maint.
If you don't have a maint. guide this link may help.

I didn't have time to read it. It is straight from Toyota. If it doesn't show a fuel system cleaning (also may be called an induction service), you might want to consider doing that. Most shops will clean the throttle body and run a series of chemicals through the engine. I would recommend (if you plan on changing your spark plugs and oil) you change them after the service. Most importantly the oil. You might want to consider changing the COP (coil)boots during the spark plug replacement, as they are a common problem.
Thanks. There are several
Thanks. There are several types of spark plugs available at the parts store. What plugs do you recommend for the 2007 6cyl 4Runner?

I show that the NGK 7787 V Power is considered to be an OE replacement plug. The maint schedule calls for plug replacement every 30k miles on your truck. If your going to go beyond that you might wanna consider stepping up in quality and price and go with a platinum, double platinum or iridium plug. I personally would stick with NGK (maybe denso) on your particular truck. Other plugs may work but I've had great luck with NGK on japanese vehicles. Don't let the parts guy talk you into some other "crap" plug. I've seen some pretty good sales pitches from some of these plug companies. I don't care how high tech they claim to be or how many electrodes in what ever neat little design. Some of them aren't fit for a lawn mower. Dont forget the COP (coil) boots and I would highly recommend a little squirt of dielectric grease in the boots. Good luck and let us know how it turns out or if you have any other questions.

What additional maintnenance should I perform beyond oil and lube at this mileage?
It's not a matter of what you've done to reach 110.000 miles. At this point it's a matter of what you haven't done.
Last time transmission fluid and filter screen were changed?
Last time front and rear braking systems were inspected?
Last time tires were rotated?
Last time front and rear suspension was inspected?
Last time tires were inspected?
Last time exhaust system was inspected?
Last time cylinder compression was checked?
Last time slack test was done on the timing chain?
Last time fuel filter was replaced?
Just to name a few :-). See where I'm goin with this?
