Is the check engine light on or is there a code which is the reason you're changing the O2's?

You have two postings for the same issue. Furthermore you appear to have an obsession with oxygen sensors and catalytic converters. Let's forget about (BOTH) the oxygen sensors and catalytic converters for now.
WHEN YOU CAR STALLS?
Does it start re-start (EASILY) or with (DIFFICULTY)?
The stalling is due to a loss of spark or fuel (OR BOTH). The next time the car stalls, and while it is still (STALLED), you have to (CONFIRM) spark and fuel delivery to (ALL) the plugs.
If you don't know how to do this, let us know, and we will direct you. Furthermore if you don't know know how the word (CONFIRM) relates to auto repair, also let us know, and we will explain.
