I have a 1995 chevy astro van with 239000 miles that starts fine and idles fine but when you take off it doesn't accelerate it just stalls out and doesn't die, I have replaced the fuel pump the fuel filter and the catalytic converter but didn't help

There may be 2 fuel filters

There may be 2 fuel filters on there, 1 in tank or inline and 1 in the engine compartment. I'd start by checking to see if it has a 2nd one first. Is there any check engine lights coming on? Get it read to see what the problem is, usually you can go put a deposit check on a code reader and take it home with you to check non-drivable vehicles. It somewhat sounds like it may be the O2 sensor. Is it EFI or carb?
