1992 buick lesabre, air conditioning, air alternates between dash vents and windshield wile driving whats wrong?

sounds like you are loosing vacuum to or from your surge tank.

your mixing valve control in the dash might also cause the problem.

check vacuum, vent doors are spring loaded if the diafram looses vacuum it will close. donn't think control valve can leak and seal it's self.
