i'd say problem is with either the idle air control valve of the throttle position sensor. the sensor tells the computer how much throttle you are giving it and the computer controls the valve inresponce. the valve can get dirty/gummy and can be cleaned. "throttle body service" throttle sensor can be checked with a volt meter on scan tool. fuel pressure concern usually noticed at highway speeds," that is when engin needs the most fuel",or a no start cond..
