Use a test light to check for

Use a test light to check for power at the positive side of the ignition coil with the key on. If no power check fuses and/or relays.
If power is there, find out if there is another wire at the coil which has power when the engine is being cranked (if so the test light should flash as the engine is being cranked).

can't rule out a bad crankshaft sensor, but these are the first couple of steps to diagnosing this type of problem.

have codes checked it will

have codes checked it will narrow the diag. down.
if no codes stored, check for a corroded coil to dist. wire at the coil post.
if there is a bunch of codes set from you testing/disconnecting componets, clear codes and try to start agin, then check for new code, start with that one.

Could be the crank sensor.
