2000 Acura 3.2 TL. Feels like the parking brake is on SOMETIMES when I try to drive it in reverse. I replaced the Emergency brake cables, and it still does it. I put the car on a lift and the wheels move freely. Any ideas or similar problems

I couldn't find any similar problems to this one specifically, but this is what I think you should check.

Check the rear brake hardware and the adjustment of the rear brakes.
Since the problem you are having is more apparent in reverse, this leads me to believe it's a rear drum type brake issue.

Verify:
This vehicle is drum in the rear correct?

Think about:

If the brakes are over adjusted you could have this issue, also if the brakes are seized or freezing due to bad springs, it could cause excess friction due to lack of recoil on the brakes, especially in reverse.
