2001 Buick Cent. Just had new struts&strut mounting plates. Now get a plastic like creaking noise from front right heard while driving & turning wheel to far right & left but more pronouced to the right. Replaced new right strut plate & still same noise.

Try a spray type lubricant on
Try a spray type lubricant on one part of the rubber bushing of the strut plate and them driver the vehicle. if the sound continues spray another part and drive it again, until either the sound goes away or you have spray all parts.
if you spray all parts to no avail. Do the same process to the stabilizer bushings and then the axle nut.
