2002 Dodge CaravanI think this is a tough one ABS.. &..BRAKE LIGHT ON..Don,t have abs in this van..my guess is the PCM.. exchange i did gave wrong unit..now its looking for abs..thats not here..THIS IS THE STUMPER HOW TO TURN OUT BOTH LIGHTS AND RESET .

Was the PCM you installed in your van, new, refurbished, or from a junk yard?
Were the part numbers matched up?
At anytime did the VIN enter the picture?
If the part numbers match, and the PCM was matched to the vans VIN number, then see a dealer or professional mechanic for a re-flash.
How long ago was the exchange
How long ago was the exchange done?
Are you sure that you were given the wrong PCM? How are you sure of that?
Did the PCM come with a warranty (will the company exchange it for the correct PCM)?

THIS BULLETIN SUPERSEDES TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN 08-021-03 DATED JUNE 27, 2003 WHICH SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM YOUR FILES. ALL REVISIONS ARE HIGHLIGHTED WITH **ASTERISKS** AND INCLUDES CORRECTING THE SUBJECT.
SUBJECT:
ABS, BRAKE, TRAC OFF and Security/Vehicle Theft Alarm (VTA) Cluster Lamps Illuminated on Vehicles not Equipped with ABS Brakes or **SKIM**.
OVERVIEW:
This bulletin involves using the DRBIII(R) to clear the instrument cluster of all learned features instead of replacing the instrument cluster.
MODELS:
2001 - 2003 (RS) Town & Country/Caravan/Voyager
SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
Vehicles not equipped with ABS brakes may have the ABS, BRAKE, and TRAC OFF lamps illuminated on the instrument cluster or vehicles not equipped with Sentry Key Immobilizer (SKIM) may have the Security/VTA lamp illuminated on the instrument cluster.
DIAGNOSIS:
If the condition is present, perform the Repair Procedure.
EQUIPMENT REQUIRED
NOTE: THE DRBIII(R) MUST BE AT LEVEL 55.0 OR HIGHER AND THE MDS2(R) AT CD 2111 OR HIGHER TO PERFORM THE REPROGRAMMING.
REPAIR PROCEDURE:
1. Connect the DRBIII(R) to the vehicle diagnostic connector, using cable CH7000.
2. Turn the ignition key to the ON position (engine off).
3. From the DRBIII(R) Main Menu, select # 1 - DRBIII(R) Standalone
4. Select # 1 - 1998 - 2005 Diagnostics
5. Select # 1 - All
6. Select # 3 - Body Interior
7. Select # 2 - Electro/Mech Cluster (MIC)
8. Select # 9 - Miscellaneous
9. Select # 1 - Reset Learned Features
10. Follow the directions on the DRBIII(R) screen.
11. When the DRBIII(R) returns to the Miscellaneous Menu, select # 2 - Reset Module.
12. Erase fault codes using the DRBIII(R).
13. Disconnect the DRBIII(R) from the vehicle.
14. Verify the ABS, BRAKE, TRAC OFF, and Security lamps are no longer illuminated.

TSB most likely applies to you. Knew about it but didn't bother to mention it because of all the unanswered questions. Was just being courteous of you and didn't want to further confuse you, (just in case your are confused). First chance you get, answering the questions that continue to go unanswered would be in your own best interest.
Big Block..Was a p01391..then
Big Block..Was a p01391..then i started to chase causes
..3 times to my first garage..they did all the checks and came up with..bad 02 sensor & coroded pos cable.
1 month later 1391 came up..sputtering stalling out.
went to dealer they said 02 sensor was faulty..but i changed to 1 from dealer..then they checked again came up with PCM faulty..their mec told me dealer wanted to hit me for $$$$..so i bought exchange PCM..did myself..still 1 week later 1391..Finally found a garage
they checked and in 30 min..found that flex plates bad..fixed for 650.. VERSES..dealer 1000.00.Drove for i month then ABS&BRAKE LIGHT&TRACK came on.Now the van runs like new..just these light on..Also i have changed
most sensors, cleaned wire connections, and most parts
that go around the engine..cables,coil,fuel pump,cleaned ejectors..etc,etc..Had fun doing it ..was out of work..Dave

PO1391 Intermittent Loss of CMP or CKP
If the circuits check out, it may be necessary for you to replace both the crank and cam sensors. A cracked flywheel is another reason for the setting of PO1391.
