You can (RULE IN) a heater core after you (RULE OUT),

A coolant level that is frequently low.

That the fluid leaking into the car (IS) engine coolant.

Clogged cowl or fender vents.

Any recent body work done to the passenger side of the car, that was done wrong and is now allowing water to leak into the car.
