may be warped front rotors is it the steering wheel thats shaking?
The shimmy that's present
The shimmy that's present only when the brakes are applied indicates a warped brake rotor (disc). Have the brakes checked, for free at one of those franchise brake shops.
The shimmy at about 100kmph can be a tire balance problem or worn steering parts such as, tie-rods, hub bearings, etc.
