2003 sebring.. Runs fine until the fuel gets down under 1/2 tank then it will stall. It will start back up but when you slow down it stalls again. Fill it up and it runs fine . I have had it to the dealer 2 times but their best mechanics can't fix it.

sounds like you've got an
sounds like you've got an evaporative problem. next time it happens, just unscrew the gas cap to let air in the tank. then continue driving. if the stall cond. is gone, than the tank venting solinoid is not preforming correctly. let me know. mws919

That could be the answer. I was thinking vapor lock or something wrong with the fuel module. Maybe a cracked o-ring or case at about half tank.

The gas cap idea is a good
The gas cap idea is a good one. If that works. There is a vent for the gas tank. Its somewhere in the filler tube. If you can blow it out with air. Do that. If it blows anything into the gas tank the screens and filters will keep it out of the motor. If this solve the problem. Change any fuel filters you can find.
