check connections to battery, starter, ground and make sure connections are clean. will it jump start?

In addition to whats been posted, check the ignition switch and neutral safety switch. Also (when in no start mode), have someone hold the key all the forward to the full start position. Now you hit the starter and solenoid a few times with a hammer. If the car starts replace the starter.
