Snydersa, This is the second
Snydersa,
This is the second thread you started for the same problem. Startin two or more threads for the same problem is gonna lead to confusion, which is gonna delay your repair. Don't post any more information or ask anymore questions at THIS thread. Stick with the first thread you started. Look for our answers and recommendations there.

big block, I think i have two questions here. If you did not want to respond to this one, dont! And your answer to the other question, was useless!

Snydersa,
I noticed both of your posts last night but didn't have time to respond. In your defense, I will say that this was your first thread based on the time stamp. I would also say that this post has a little more info pertaining to your problem so I would prefer to use it and I will drag the info from your other post. This will put everyone (future readers included) on the same page.
Your other post:

Snydersa,
Here's a link that will help with the bleeding. When the page opens you'll notice additional chapters on the left side of the page with more brake information.

END OF SECOND POST
In Big Blocks defense (not that he needs it) it did appear that you had started two threads for the same problem. This doesn't really create any problem for us (we have the option of not contributing) but it can create confusion and delay your repair as Big Block stated. I feel comfortable saying that he said that in an honest effort to help you.
You went on to say that the info from his link was useless. I'm not sure what you meant by that since you didn't explain why. Did you not understand the info or it just not what what you were looking for?
Also, I believe you were trying to ask (in so many words) if you need to adjust the pushrod on the brake booster. Usually they are adjusted by the manufacturer and in some cases, any alterations could void your warranty but it is possible that it is out of adjustment. Check with your supplier. You have a couple of possible problems here. One is warranty and the other is safety. It's probably a good idea to cover both. :-)
Post back here with more info. We'll be glad to help. Thanks.
Hello syndersa, Big Block 409
Hello syndersa,
Big Block 409 is my boyfriend and he trained me for 29 years. I have 38 years in this business and I now own and operate the first of Big Block’s 4 repair shops. All of us here would be in a better position to help you, if you could tell us why you found the link that Big Block posted useless?
Thank You
Helene
