Car stalls and shuts down while driving, want restart
I have a 1999 Chrysler 300M 3.5L HO while driving all of my instrument gauges come on gas, rpm, speedometer stop working check engine light,air bag etc, car still running, shuts off while driving on highway want restart, then maybe will restart but same thing keeps happening Why? can anyone help /

James, Get the alternator
James,
Get the alternator checked out. If you pull it and take to Auto Zone they will check it for free. Next possibility is a defective ignition switch. Don't mix up the ignition switch with the ignition key cylinder. The switch is a completely different part.
