Blac, First you say it won't
Blac,
First you say it won't start, then you say it starts for 15 or 20 seconds. So which one is it man? You gotta clear up this up and post accurate information, so that we can post accurate REPAIR information.
Hint:
When it's not startin and the engine is just crankin you gotta determine what's NOT reachin the plugs. In other words:
Fuel
Spark
or both.
AT FIRST AFTER I PUT THE
AT FIRST AFTER I PUT THE PLUGS AND THE WIRES IN IT STARTED FOR 15 TO 20 SEC AND THEN BOGGED OUT AND KEPT DOING THIS EVERTIME I STARTED IT. THE NEXT DAY I PUT A SPARK PLUG TESTER ON THE WIRES AND IT LIGHTS UP JUST BEFORE IT SOUNDS LIKE IT WONTS TO START.AND WHEN I TURN THE KEY THE HUMMING NOISE FROM THE FUEL DOSN'T SOUND STRONG AT ALL. I SPRAYED SOME STARTING FLUID N THE THROTTLE BODY AND IT SOUNDS LIKE IT WONTED TO TURN OVER SO IM THINKING ITS NOT GETTING ANY FUEL ILL TRY A FUEL PUMP AND GET BACK TO YA. IS THERE ANY WAY TO TEST THE DIST OTHER THAN A SPARK PLUG TESTER FOR SPARK. AND I HAVE NO CODES
Andre Wood
Blac, Did this problem occur
Blac,
Did this problem occur before or only after the replacement of the components you mentioned?
Have you scanned the computer for trouble codes? If so, what were they?
Autozone offers a free code scan but if you can't get the vehicle there they might loan you a scan tool if you have collateral.
Blac, The problem here is
Blac,
The problem here is that the basics haven't been satisfactorily ruled in or out yet. Until that happens we're not gonna be able to post accurate repair information. We're not here to waste your time and money with guesses as to what the problem is, so here's what you gotta do now. You're gonna go to an Auto Zone store and take advantage of their "Free Loaner Tool Service" and get some diagnostic tools (below) that you're gonna need for testing.
Noid light.
Inline spark tester.
Fuel pressure tester.
Voltmeter.
Use the noid light to confirm all the fuel injectors are firin.
Use the inline spark tester to confirm that spark is reachin all the plugs.
Use the fuel pressure tester to tell us what the (static) fuel pressure is. Static means fuel pressure with the ignition key on and engine off.
Use the voltmeter to confirm a circuit (voltage and ground) to the fuel pump.
Don't use a testight to test the circuit to the fuel pump. If you don't understand why NOT to use a testlight then ask us and we'll explain it to you. If you any further questions regarding the above mentioned tests, simply post your questions and they will get answered. DO NOT buy or replace any parts at this time. Just do the above tests and post all results. Understand something here guy, your doin these tests because this is an online auto repair forum and we don't have your Camaro in front of us. You gotta be our hands and eyes here and give us the feedback we need, so that we can help you get your Camaro runnin again. That feedback can only come from you in the form of answers to our questions, and results to our tests, so you gotta be sure you're postin accurate test results.
Do you have any experience in dealing with Optispark Distributors like the one found in your car?
Ok got car running now . Got
Ok got car running now . Got new problem as car is running i look at the rear exhaust pipes and i can only see exhaust smoke coming from one pipe and one pipe only. And now its got these problems now some back firing a little bit at idle, after running a fuel injection service there is a popping sound coming from valve cover on pass side, starting out in first gear it wonts to stall every time now, and now i have a code now 02 sensor bank 1 and its running very rich
Andre Wood
Blactrain, What did you do to
Blactrain,
What did you do to get the car running?
What color smoke?
How did you perform the "fuel injection service"?
What is the code number? Do you realize you could have set it during the service?
Have you double checked to be sure that you didn't cross any wires?
1 The wires were wrong 2

Blac, Look man were tryin to
Blac,
Look man were tryin to help you here, but all you're doin is postin new questions without gettin back to us with the the answers and test results to what we said in the first place. For your convenience here it is again, just in case you missed it the first time.

Like drivability said, tellin us what you did to get the car runnin again is important, and could help resolve this current round of problems you're havin.
