does anybody know why a 94 cavalier wont start , i got spark gas, changed coil pack and control moduel, spark plugs and wires any ideas

ya it turns over. it back fired a lil. at first i would put pedal to floor and it wonted to start but didnt ,now nothing and it did the back fire once. hope u can help me man running out of ideas.
