Brake binding: the hand brake
Brake binding: the hand brake does not disengage the braking system after vehicle has been static over a week. Thus, though the engine is running, the car is held stationary by the brakes(even with the hand brake released).
i would diconnect the
i would diconnect the emergency brakes at the rear wheels and see if that fixes it. it may be just a broken spring. follow the connection from the wheels to the handle.
