Hi! I have a 2002 Buick Century. The last few days the car starts up OK and will drive OK. On occasion I will start the car but is seems like it has no power after a few minutes the car is ok again. Never know when it will happen. I changed the air filter

Sounds like it's taking a longer than (ACCPTED) amount of time for fuel pressure and volume to build. There are a number of reasons for this, but let's start with the most obvious.
