The alarm is handled through
The alarm is handled through you BCM (Body Control Module). Disconnecting this system will affect other systems such as, power door locks, door ajar minder, memory seat/mirror module, anti-theft light (on at all times) and possibly even the windshield wipers.
It's best to post the problem you're having and let us help you fix it. Otherwise, disabling it can cause more problems.
