I have a 1980 Datsun 210 A14 manual tran. I replaced the head gasket to stop water leak into cylinder 1, after reassembly all is well with water leak. Now cylinder 2 is missing on lower end of rpms, when I get it over 1500-1800 rpms it seems to smooth out

did the chain and gear marks
did the chain and gear marks line up ok?
have you rechecked the base timming?
are all vacumm lines in correct locations?
I only pulled the head,
I only pulled the head, checked for cracks, checked head and block for warp, replaced head gasket and intake/exhaust gasket, and replaced head following torque spec. I didn't pull chain cover at all. The timing was correct before service. I talked with a friend who said I could have water leaking into cylinder 2. Which would cause the rough idle. I am just totally stumped no water on plug or in oil.

you can get a chemical test
you can get a chemical test kit from parts store and check the cooling system for exhaust gases in it.
if coolant is getting in cylinders than the combustion gases are getting in coolant system.
let me know what you think.
switch wire and plug on
switch wire and plug on cylinder #1 (or another cylinder) with the plug and wire on cylinder #2. See if the misfire follows the switched wires and plugs.
Also, run a compression check on cyl.#2 (may be able to"rent" a compression guage from autozone)
Backlinks and onsite SEO go
Backlinks and onsite SEO go together like a fasten and a essential. Without backlinks your own websites and specific pages will not be found by the search engines or is probably not deemed crucial enough to position high enough for any person to find these people. The fact with the matter will be, if you want to rank high in the search engines you are going to need to get excellent backlinks.
