I have a 1987 Chevy Celebrity and when im driving it the steering gets tight when i try to turn right. But after i turn the wheel the steering gets loose. What could that be? It only does it when i turn right not left.

you more than likely need a new rack.
Check the tension of the
Check the tension of the serpentine belt. You should be able to push it down about 1/2". Also, whith the engine running, have an assistant to turn the wheel left and then right as you watch the power steering pulley to se if it slows down or stops turning.
