I have a 2002 ford excursion with a 7.3 turbo diesel when the turbo kicks in there is smoke possibly exhaust coming up between the windshield and dash what could this be from

It's not electrical and

It's not electrical and doesn't smell like exhaust I assume it's coming from the turbo because if going under 60mph and not towing it isn't there it's not comeing thru defrost vent it's actully it's coming from between the dash and winshield
