in a '99 dodge dakota w/ 3.9 v6, i had the check engine light come on when i recently lost my exhaust, i have since replaced the exhaust, and today the 0xygen sensor. the check engine light is still on. everything else seems in working order. any ideas

Make sure to use an OE o2

Make sure to use an OE o2 sensor. The universal sensors are known for failing. Have you cleared the code? You might have to remove the battery to reset the engine codes. If the light remains off after about 100 miles, your probably good.
