in my chrysler 300m, the pulley system for the cooling system has broken from the bottom and the skinny belt is just hanging there. my car is still driveable, i would like to know how to repair this problem

you have a pully that has broke off the front of the motor?and if the belt to your water pump is broke,the car is NOT DRIVEABLE,you will need to take the front apart to find out what part is broken so you can replace it!do you have tools?
