1997 chevy monte carlo ls-the noise just started today. I noticed it while I was making several turns. I came to a complete stop outisde my house and turned the steering wheel right and left and the noise occurred on each turn, the steering became difficult-then it wasn't but the noise continued. The steering feels tighter than normal.
