Opel Corsa Lite 1.3 1997 Jerking
Hope someone can help. Drive a little Opel Corsa Lite 1.3 1997, not a very expensive car, but a car I love none the less. Developed a jerking problem recently that nobody can solve. As soon as you start slowing down and releasing the petrol, she starts jerking. I've replaced the ICV (idle control valve), HT Leads and Plugs, fuel filter (general good service) as well as the vacuum hoses, the problem still persists. No engine lights comes on when she does this, the jerking seems to increase in colder weather.

I agree with Jerry. In addition, understand that just because the vacuum hoses were replaced that doesn't mean you still can't have a vacuum leak. Use an engine vacuum pressure tester to make sure there aren't any vacuum leaks. You also gotta check for an excessive exhaust back-pressure problem and engine misfires.
