NO IT IS RAIN WATER COMING FROM OUTSIDE TOP OF ROOF SOMEWHERE. I RULED OUT WINDSHIELD BUT WAS WONDERING IF IT WAS A COMMON PROBLEM AND WHERE TO LOOK NEXT.
