I have a 2000 E150 conversion van. Steering wheel shakes at highway speeds. New tires, alloyed rims, tie rod, bearings, brakes. Noticed a "blemish" in front tire. Can that cause shaking or?

You said you fell the shaking at highway speeds. Well to some folks highway speeds are 95 mph and to other folks highway speeds are 50 mph. What's your speed:-). Next thing how are defining blemish? If it's cosmetic then the answer is no. On the other hand, if the blemish is a bubble or high spot (on the body of the tire not the side wall), then the answer is, and that could be causing the shaking.

Are all the tires the same size?
Are all the rims the same size?
Are all the tire thread patterns the same?
Has a wheel balancing been done recently?
Has a alignment been done recently?
