you'll need to check the fuel
you'll need to check the fuel pressure when it's not starting, if no pressure check power and ground at the fuel pump connector next to the fuel pump.
let us know if you can do this.
Gomez, I gotta ask you a few
Gomez,
I gotta ask you a few questions before accurate repair information can be posted. Understand that it’s to your advantage to answer these questions because I’m sure you wanna get your van runnin again. Remember this is an online auto repair forum, and that (obviously) means that we don’t have your van in front of us to test. We need your feedback to getting the van running again, and that feedback has to come from you in the form of answers to our questions.
The hard starting problem you are having could be ignition related. With that being said, describe in detail the tests you did on the primary and secondary ignition systems BEFORE replacing the FUEL PUMP?

Did you install an OE pump or an aftermarket pump? Understand that do to different impeller designs on aftermarket pump's, the starting problem you are now having could be due to the installation of an aftermarket pump, if one was installed. Know that on ANY Mopar vehicle an OE pump must always be used and installed.
