do a compression test to see

do a compression test to see if any valves are stuck open. also pull valve cover and remove the rockers. you should be able to rotate them to see if bent.

most likely you will have to

most likely you will have to replace them. hopefully it didn't crack the head. you will have to pull it and have it checked for valve damage.about 300-500 to fix it if u do yourself.

ya, you will have to rotate the cam until the 2 valves for the cylinder that you are testing are both closed and pump air in to cylinder. if you have never done something like it befor, i would have a shop check it.
