UGH!! 93 GMC Sierra - I took the bed off to recoat frame. Disconnected wiring harness for tail lights. Reconnected and they are screwy. If i put my e-flashers on the license plate lights flash. Plus parking lights in rear dont work.

Check the connector to be
Check the connector to be sure that it is clean. if water gets in there it will conduct electricity to places it shouldn't go.
Also check any grounds that you disconnected, missing grounds can cause this type of problem.
i found one black connected
i found one black connected to frame but cant tell where it attached to. Its near the connector to the tail lights.

You were right. I un-taped the harness and there was a broken black wire there. DUH. Thanks for the help.
