if it happens when brakes are applyed, it's most likely warpped brake rotors. if so have the brakes checked.

The brake rotors are warped
The brake rotors are warped and should be replaced along with new brake pads, Making sure all slide plates and slide pins are cleaned and greased properly during installation of brake calipers,If these things are not done properly you will experience the same brake problems again in the very near future. Good luck
