While driving my 1991 Lexus ES250, all the engine lights went on and the car abruptly stalled. It ran on a full gas tank, battery fairly new, check out fine. It would restart (not drive) but seems not to be taking in the gas (fuel). What could be wrong?

if the car idles, then the
if the car idles, then the odds are you have a transmission problem. if it starts and then stalls, it's possible that either a) you need exhaust work done (lack of back pressure due to holes in the exhaust) or b) your fuel line/injectors/sparkplugs is/are partially clogged.
