check your diverter vlaves.
check your diverter vlaves. They are the valves that the hoses are hooked to. When vacuum is applied to them they open to allow exhaust to flow into the intake. If there is no vacuum or the vlaves are stuck closed you'll have incorrect flow. Make sure you have vacuum going to them. The best way is to find the vacuum solenoid, pull the hoses off the solenoid, now will have vacuum, the other will not. When the solenoid opens it allows vacuum to the diverter valves, you can manually apply vacuum to the one that does not have vacuum once you plug the one with vacuum back into place. If you apply vacuum and the engine stumbles at idle you know the valves are working.
