changed out a bad fuel pump and put on a new filter but wont start no fuel in filter what else do i do

(assuming you have an inline
(assuming you have an inline filter between the fuel pump and carburetor).
check the suction port of the fuel pump when cranking the engine to see if there is vacuum (there should be). If there is vacuum, the possibilities are are hole in the fuel line, bad connection at one of the rubber connections on the fuel line or clogged line (blowing through the line can check for a clog).
Also you have to be sure it's not out of gas.
