1998 Dodge Grand Caravan Neither 12v outlets/lighters work. The Fuse panel is not labled, The Owners manual does not list the specific fuses. Could you enlighten me?

Lighter fuse is a 20A fuse

Lighter fuse is a 20A fuse (#8) in the Power Distribution Center on the left side of the engine comartment. You also have a cigar/ACC relay in the Power Dist. Center directly across from fuse # 28.
