1999 Ford F150 Truck wont start but motor turn's

do you have fuel pressure and spark at plugs?

If you have a spark at the spark plug wires, spray some carb cleaner into the intake manifold and then try to start the engine. (should run for about 2 seconds and then cut-off) If not, suspect a bad fuel pump or clogged filter.

i think either way fuel pressure will have to be tested.
if the spark and fuel is good, next step check timming and compression.

How'd ya make out?

Check compression if fuela nd spark are OK. May be able to rent compression guage at autozone.
