2001 Mercury Gran marquis..... blower motor won't come on. I replaced it but it still won't come on.Someone told me it could be the relay.. don't know where it is. please help

do you have power and ground
do you have power and ground at motor, if not check fuses, if fuse has power and is ok, swap relay with another from relay box, if still no change, check powers at motor resistor, if power there replace resistor, if not check wiring,from relay to resistor, if power there check wiring from resistor to motor.
if no ground at motor, check switch, wiring for switch and it's ground point.
