It looks like you can access the pump/motor by removing the right inner fender.
Once you can see the motor, disconnect the hose and wiring harness. Remove motor.

I did loosen the right inner fender as well as the right side front, two bolts on the bottom and four clips on the top.
Took about 30 minutes give or take, using a slotted screw driver for one screw, a flat blade for the clips (pop the centers out to then pull them out) and an adjustable wrench.
I was in awe as to how clean it was inside. I expected road grim after 7 years but real clean.
Honda did a good job.

This is the first non-maintenance thing to need repair / replacement.
