antifreeze leakin at the water pump just at the bolts behind the belt can sealant fix this or do i need the water pump replaced, itseems to still be working it just leaks. about how much will this repair cost

Many water pumps require
Many water pumps require silicone based sealant on threads of bolts which penetrate deep into the engine block to prevent these types of leaks. The cooling system should be pressure tested to ensure there are not more leaks present

It sounds like your gasket ring has failed so try removing the water pump to inspect the gasket for damage. If indeed your gasket has failed scrap off old gasket and make as smooth as possible. Go to autozone or nearest auto parts store and if possible take water pump with you to insure you have correct gasket and replace.
