back hatch is locked. what can I do to open it? Auto locks on all doors work. Just the hatch will not open.

lloyd, If it won't open

lloyd,

If it won't open manually from the inside, and with the key from the outside, it means that the body lock (aka power door lock actuator) has failed. In that case your gonna have to cut the inner panel of the hatch while the door is in the closed position. Unfortunately that's gonna destroy the door panel, and you're gonna have to replace it. Do a "Goggle" search for a replacement panel, because buyin it online is gonna be cheaper than buyin it from a dealer. You can also try a few junk yards to for the panel, but the truck is still kinda new, so don't be surprised if you don't find it in a junk yard. Once the old panel is off, that's gonna expose the lock mechanism, and now you gotta work the lock mechanism by hand to get the hatch open.
