it's the round plastic thing at the front of crank shaft, it will also have to be relearned when replaced.
why are you replacing it?

Is a code set? If so then post it so we can set. If the Grand Prix is not starting and your not getting spark to the plugs that "Doesn't" mean you have a failed crank sensor. Don't buy or replace any parts untill you tell us exactly what is wrong.
