Check the gas cap.

1. Install a vacuum gauge in the evaporative vacuum line, just past the evaporative purge solenoid.

2. Activate the evaporative vent and evaporative purge solenoids, with a scan tool or manually by grounding the control wires.

3. Vacuum should build in the evaporative system.

4. Deactivate the purge solenoid, vacuum should hold.

5. Also, the Fuel Tank Pressure (FTP) sensor voltage should go up from 1.5 volts with the vacuum applied, and hold.
