remove the colunm plastic
remove the colunm plastic covers. you should see the housing the lock cylinder slides into. on that housing there should be a little botton/plunger, put the key in acc. pos. and push in that botton and pull cylinder out. if it doesn't work in acc.pos., try another pos. let us know.
I can't move the position of
I can't move the position of the key. I tried to start it and it stuck and stopped at the on position. we have it to where you say the button/plunger is. We haved pushing in at the small hole in the bottom and pulling but to no success. If I take it to a locksmith can he get it out?
