before removing the switch,

before removing the switch, check for power at the wiper motor when the switchis turned on. Also, check the ground at the wiper motor.

you'll have to remove some

you'll have to remove some dashboard trim in oder to get to the screws which hold the switch in. once there its' just a matter of removing the screws and the unplugging the switch.
