often there is a bleed screw
often there is a bleed screw on the termostat housing to let out air pockets. if not open the radiator cap before coolant gets hot and let it run to get air pockets out.
Thank You.
Thank You.
Bleeder valves are normally
Bleeder valves are normally installed at some point highest on the cooling system. If there aren’t any bleeder valves, then jack up the front of the car high. You can also park the car on a steep incline. Be sure the radiator is full. Set the heat on high hot. Remove the radiator cap, and start the engine. With the engine running, watch for air bubbles. Keep adding coolant as the radiator gets low. When you stop seeing bubbles, you’re done. Repeat this procedure at least three times over the next coming week.
Thank You.
Thank You.
there's no bleeder on this
there's no bleeder on this engin, here's the fill info.:
First clean system to remove old coolant. Refer to Cooling System Cleaning.
Remove radiator pressure cap and fill system, using a 50/50 mix of Mopar Antifreeze/Coolant, 5 Year/100,000 Mile Formula (orange in color) and distilled water.
Continue filling system until full. Be careful not to spill coolant on drive belts or the generator.
Fill coolant recovery/reserve container to at least the MAX mark with 50/50 solution. It may be necessary to add coolant to the recovery/reserve container after three or four warm up/cool down cycles to maintain coolant level between the MAX and MIN mark. This will allow trapped air to be removed from the system.
Thank You.
Thank You.
