basically, drain about 1 gallon of coolant form the radiator. Next,follow the top radiator hose to the thermostat housing. Remove the two bolts (maybe three) which hold the housing to the engine.remove the housing and note the direction of installation of the thermostat. Remove the thermostat (just lift it out).
Install the new thermostat in the proper direction. Reverse removal process to install.
